Lovely historical buildings, Beautiful part of town, Quaint atmosphere
The many steep staircases create unnecessary hazards!!! The bathroom configurations could use a better layout for comfort and accessibility!!! Hot water temperature control should be a priority to prevent safety issues!!!

Excellent little hotel, I liked delicious breakfast!
Everything was perfect, including amazingly nice and pleasant staff with excellent waiter. The hotel was placed in the very central location in a very attractive area. I asked for a double room and the one given was newly decorated and new-fashioned:)))

A quiet friendly hotel close to the town centre and the castle. Comfortable, albeit small rooms. The restaurant is fabulous. Guaranteed freshness, variety and quality whenever we have eaten at a Loch Fyne restaurant anywhere in the UK and this one was the same reliable quality.
Could do with some more comfortable pillows is the only complaint. Both of us ended up with neck ache as the pillows were solid.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food and warm drinks. And it was 5 minutes on foot from the downtown.

Extremely convenient hotel in the historic style. Warm breakfast with toast at the restaurant. Perfect location, relatively near Kenilworth Castle. Located in a very pleasant area full of restaurants and pubs. Very good service overall and parking on-site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The location in old Kenilworth was lovely (and very handy for a commute to Warwick university (bus stop just down the road)). The room was beautifully decorated and spacious with a lovely modern bathroom. Breakfast in the morning at Loch Fyne was delicious. A real find, with warmth and character, like you are staying in a lovely boutique home, rather than a soulless chain hotel... I'm coming back with my family soon!

We recieved a very friendly welcome from the receptionist. The hotel was in a good location and very clean. Great choice of breakfast and excellent staff.
We stayed out late and when we got back to the hotel we couldn't gain access, therefore we ended up ringing the hotel to let us back in.

Room comfort
Unable to get a table in the restaurant and there was no marmalade at breakfast!
